5th Grade Camp!!!

Well they are off to 5th grade camp!!! Even my hubby!!!! Wolfie was out of his mind hyper excited this morning!!! I think it helped that he knew he was spending a whole week with his best friends and his dad also!!!

Wolfie was so excited that with 5th grade came band. He's playing the sax and having fun. He's playing songs and looks so cute with his sax!!!!

A 9 Hour Drive.......

We went camping in August very close to the Oregon border. A beautiful place called Jedidiah Smith Campground. The Smith River ran through it and it was as clear as clear can be. We camped with another family and had a great time. The food was heavenly and the redwoods were huge. We went river rafting one day and had a blast on the class ten rapids!! :-)

School has been going for a week now. So far so good. Lexi seems to like school but I think she's more of a social butterfly than anything. Wolfie's happy to have recess again and P.E. Here they are going to school on Wacky Wednesday. The K's all go in the AM so Rob gets to take her those days!!!

Air....good...

My hubby is my hero!!! He got off work early, dismantled the air cond unit (in the heat), drove to Sac, got the $50 part and came home and fixed the air cond!!! He's my hero!!! LOVE HIM!!!!!!!!!

ugggggggggg.....

My air conditioning is out.....at my home.....this is one of the worst things ever.....Couldn't the dishwasher break? There is already a huge stack of dishes in the sink anyway. How about the washing machine? There is already a 4 foot stack of laundry in the garage anyway......but the air cond? I will say that Rob is on it and getting someone here to fix it. Makes me really really really appreciate the fact that we even have air. Might have to spend the day driving around in the car today.

Baby Gurl.....goes to Kindergarten!!!

Here's the rocker Diva at her first Kindergarten class!!! Her teacher is an angel and we are very excited to have gotten her. I hope she has a super day!!!

My Baby boy....starts 5th Grade!!!!

Wolfie started school today. He seemed happy to get up and happy to see his friends. The only thing missing from his class is his best buddy Justin.......We are going to demand that they be in 6th grade next year!!! Here's my 10 1/2 year old baby boy......

I'm a SURVIVOR!!!

Summer is over!!! My baby girl is starting K today!!! My son is starting 5th grade! All my lovely other little people friends are back to school today also.

When summer starts it's looming over you. I have been a cruise director for the last 10 weeks planning and plotting our course and activities. We made it!! Can you hear the roar of the moms all over my town? They are doing the back to school dance!!!

My daughter loves the kitty Paris....she can't get enough of her!!! She loves to nurture her and tend to her every need. I'm sure somewhere there is a need for a sassy girl vet that loves to wear rock and roll pins all over her vet coat!!!

Carmel, LV and Beach fun!!!

Okay most of you know I have a strange obsession with purses. Mostly fake purses....there was a day when it was nothing to fork out several hundred (Or just charge it back in the day) for the real deal...well now mama has to get the knockoffs. It was still fun to walk into the real deal store and take a deep smell and see the new styles.




















We found a cute pizza place and stuffed face!!!
























We had a blast at the beach and the kids even got to hand feed the squirrels who looked like they had been hand fed for about 10 years. They were floating off the sand and could hardly move they were so large.

Camping..Spirit West Coast Style....

We had a blast at Spirit West Coast. We took my niece and nephew for their first camping experience. Plus 4 1/2 days of concerts, beach and lots to look at and see.
